Roadmapping workshops on the dairy sector

FMSOn 25 September 2012, FoodMicroSystem organised its first road-mapping workshop on the dairy sector. The objective was to set the grounds to an application driven technology roadmap for future collaboration between the dairy industry and the microsystems community.

The second workshop on the dairy sector was a follow-up to the two workshops already organised by the FoodMicroSystems project (7 June 2012 in Wageningen, 25 September 2012 in Paris) and specifically discussed opportunities and challenges and drivers and barriers for the use of micro technologies and smart systems in the dairy industry.
